Discussion If you had terminal cancer would you go on a killing spree on foids?

I rewatched Saw last week and this question came to my mind. If you were diagnosed with terminal cancer and your doctor said you have at best one more year to live, would you go on a killing spree like John Kramer and slaughter all foids in your city?
