gymcelling is a cope if you are ugly. I think it might boost your looks if you are already somewhat attractive and masculine

He's chatting utter shit, a transformation like that doesn't take 6 months, even with BBC genetics it'd take a year if you're going from scratch.
Something like that with average genetics is like 2-3 years.

The only way that could be done in 6 months is if you had attained a physique like that previously then let yourself go, and due to muscle memory you'll regain that physique much quicker.

I had even gotten a personal trainer in the beginning. So after 11 months of hard fucking work, never missing a day, I had someone say to me: "You should consider working out." 11 months of sweat and hard work, and people couldn't even notice. That's when I decided to LDAR. I'm a genetic loser who can't even gain muscle and look toned. JFL.

LOL i had the exact same experience... what a waste of time that was. and i didn't even see any improvements in regards to my mood/energy levels. i was tired all the time.

Yup. I've always said that bulking is the biggest fail/cope you could possibly do unless you professionally compete. No point in fattening yourself up at all. 185 lbs @ 10% bf looks way bigger than 200 lbs @ let's say 16 - 20% bf. You'll just look like complete shit.
