I like lucid dreaming though I can feel close to someone. I daydream lots too. But it can backfire, I can get very bad nightmares like I did last night. I'm still scared by it.

Lucid dreaming is pretty hard to teach people. Everyone is different. But for me I take notes of all of my dreams. I constantly question reality too. So in my dreams I'm analysing them and noticing things that are off. Also wake back to bed method works best.
