Recently it's clear weather, 2℃ to 7℃ outside and 14℃ indoors. I typically turn lethargic in such weather, but I also have a personal tradition to "cool myself" even more by going outside wearing two layers.

Humidity is quite high in winter here, in the beginning it can be painful to even breathe. Among the pins and needles in my skin I need to constantly remind myself to relax my shoulders and back, so that I'm not doing the incel walk. (Incele walk gives you lower back pain.) On the plus side, fewer annoying fuckers in the streets in winter. Also the cold creates motivation for me to move and stay warm. After I get warm from walking I sometimes take off my coat and it's a funny feeling being temporarily oblivious to the temperature.

In some sources, cold exposure is said to have many benefits. I don't feel most of them. For me this is a novel form of self-h?rm that serves to distract myself from psychological pain, thus the name "brain cooling walks"

I just stick my head in the freezer if I want to cool down

always wish for -n° temperatures, and even then there are occasional fucks that decide to come out for some reason, fucking hate them
