They should produce movies showing BOTH SIDES of all wars America fought in it's entire history.
Sure the politics is debatable but why not present the perspective of the ordinary civilian or soldier in both armies?
Correct me if I'm wrong but do you know of any movies that are produced by Hollywood that show perspectives of:
- British in revolutionary war
- Canada in war of 1812
- South in civil war
- Spain in Spanish American war
- Germany in WW1 and 2
- North Korea in Korean war
- Vietnam in Vietnam war
- Afghanistan in 2001
- Iraq in 2003
The media loves to portray one side as team total good and the other as team total bad.
If BOTH SIDES are brought to the table to have mutual understanding of each grievances, wouldn't that bring EMPATHY and move the world closer to world peace?
