Trust is dependent on people seeing your face. Video calls are now deeply ingrained into how the world works. If you don't show your face, or your face is subhuman, you get no trust, and are always treated with suspicion. Your face tells your worth. No face or shit face nobody will even listen to what you have to say. The best you can hope for is to be a slave to some shit boss for some shit company.
