If mortgage is cheaper than rent couldn’t I afford mortgage working a regular job ? Let’s rent is 750 for a one bedroom apartment and mortgage is 800 for a 2 bedroom house that means I could afford a house working a regular job paying 1000 every two weeks I’m doing that instead of renting from some scumlord
