Yeah. Seems that way. An a ideal world, men and women would be equally attracted to one another, like magnets. There would be a lot less sexually frustrated men. Unfortunately, nature doesn't care about how we feel and this is just how men and women operate biologically.

Men just need to impregnate a woman in order to pass on their genes and therefore want to mate with as many fertile women as possible (hence higher sex drive).
