No, AOC cannot be VP by February 2021.
You are talking out of your ass.
If you are fear-mongering, at least make your scenarios plausible.
For fuck's sake did nobody else on this forum graduate from high school?
According to Article Two, Section One, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution:
Let me stop you right there PPEcel.
A2S1C5 didn't stop Chester Allan Arthur or Barack Hussein Obama from becoming president, even though neither of them are Natural Born Citizens due to their having a non-American (British dads for both) parent. NBCs as the Founding Fathers understood them per "The Law of Nations" requires BOTH parents (not just one) to be citizens for their child to count as NBC.
So we can't really rely on that to actually be enforced.
According to the 12th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:
Let me stop you right there as well.
Kamala Harris is also ineligible (as CAA and BHO were) to hold the office because she is also not an NBC for the same reason as Arthur/Obama, a non-American parent (in her case, a mother who was still an Indian national.
Yet even though Trump knew that, he still wouldn't raise the issue because he knows the 12th Amendment just isn't getting enforced.
Hell, he wouldn't even bring it up against Ted Cruise who is ineligible for the presidency for the very same reason: a Cuban father. Instead all they focused on was that 'but he was born in Canada' bullshit.
NBC doesn't care WHERE you're born, it cares about the citizenship of both parents.
Trump and his younger bro were NBCs, but their elder siblings were not. Only one of Trump's kids is an NBC, the rest are not.
