The dictator should not only serve as a good leader in both domestic and international affairs, but should also serve as a great writer, philosopher, poet and novelist. There must be a romantic and maybe even mythologized image of the leader that ensures almost religious like obedience and loyalty. If I were to become a dictator, I'd have the state publish my writings regarding my views on various things such as Obedience, Nature, Women, Religion, Values all citizens must have, The role of education, On why I am the only competent man to lead, how much I love the citizens, Appropriate music, Commentaries and propaganda pieces and fables around the state. It will be mandatory for ALL citizens to have read it, it would be required for college or university admission, important bureaucratic jobs and the state will quiz all adults every few months to ensure it is being read. The book, along with my portrait in every house, school, factory, courtroom and so on the book will be required in all these places as well.
