I sometimes read this phrase in discussions between normies. This phrase is mostly used to victim blame when men are talking about how every girl they meet ends up ghosting, manipulating them, being toxic, etc.
With this, normies assume the man is the common denominator and therefore should be blamed for his failures. This is of course extremely toxic and a fallacy, because the man is not the only common denominator, there is also the dating culture at work. And in today's dating culture women have all the power. They can do whatever, treat men like garbage, get away with it, meet hundreds of possible and eligible partners within the week, throw false accusations at everyone, etc. So all foids being toxic is the actual common denominator.
