You need to stop seeing life in black and white. Yeah, if your social skills are pour it's an obvious disadvantage, but it's not a total deal breaker. Average guys have disadvantages and they get girls too. The reality is that being good looking is more important than personality. Being good looking always beats your personality flaws. Assuming that your magical plastic surgery makes you physically flawless (or good enough, at least), being shy isn't going to fuck you up.
