My logic is that if she is a higher backflipper than you, this means she is physically more powerful and so if your attempt to rape her succeeds, it is only because she allows it, and thus it is not rape because she has given non-verbal permission to have sex in your rape LARP because she held back using her full backflipping strength to escape your rape.
