based on numbers, Asians will win
In terms of Cruelty it could go either way as all the main races have done fucked up shit historically, but I'd say whites are the most cruel
Historically, there has been instances when one race has had the jump over the other in wars

For example, Black people defeated whites during decolonization or in the Haitian revolution , Asians beat whites a couple of times (Russo-Japanese wars, Ottoman empire, Mongol conquests etc) and Whites have fought both and won and lost.

This is quite a difficult question to answer, since it is very open-ended. There are many Whites who do not even believe race is real & then a few who are quite literally, self-hating & willingly work against our own interests.

Numbers are not on our side, but the reality is numbers were never really our strength. Instead, it was rather more of being creative -aka divergent thinking- which we utilized to be innovative to resolve issues. This does make it harder since you said no nukes, bioweapons, etc. so it would be best to:
-Retreat out of major cities into places such as the Alps, Appalachia, New England, Rockies, Highlands, etc.
-Mass-mobilize everyone who can fight
-Opt for a more defensive approach(only offensive when need-be) & try to let other groups hurt one another
-Use what is available to our advantage -drones, artillery, bombings of all kinds, etc- to inflict as much damage without a conventional fight

They probably wouldn't solely due to logistics and attrition from all that fighting, but if someone simply had to win I'd say East Asians are the safest bet. Probably the biggest numbers out of all the racial groups there when put together + insane manufacturing capacity makes them a favorite.

It really depends on the geography of the lands they will fight on and which race is more experienced in that type of land for example iranic nations are very good at mountain warfare they are unbeatable there another example on the flat plains are the Mongols

If in this hypothetical scenario Anglo whites intervened in Eurasia then it could be different of course, I was mainly counting on Americans of all races being contained to the US having their own civil war as a part of this. All whites united I think could end up with us winning.

China + Korea & Japan + ASEAN are over two billion people together and just China and Japan alone are over 40% of the world's manufacturing. It would be extremely hard for just the Europeans and Russians to deal with something so overwhelming on their own without the Anglos, and even then I dunno how far away it would be from a relative tie.

East Asians aren’t united as a race. The Vietnamese use Latin due to hatred of China, and Korea. I doubt their ability to come together even with race war.
