As I've suffered from constant humiliation for being born disfigured, my adolescence was marked by vivid fantasies of disfiguring the people that belittled me with sulfuric acid, specially women. Simply killing them wouldn't be enough. Taking the face of a woman, even if she isn't attractive, is taking everything from her, what is most precious and ultimately important... to have them suffer continuously, to experience at least some of what I did (because even disfigured, society wouldn't be as cruel to them as it is to me, not to mention their lack of mental capacity to experience sentiments as deeply.)
