Hard to say, give it a try & see what you think. Softens the skin, not sure what it does beyond that.

Get a hydrocortisone cream.

Tomorrow gonna get nice warm shower and shave with the grain then put conditioner on it

Could try an anti bacterial soap too then dry area properly & use some cream.
