That's funny because in therapy you will likely come to find out most a lot of your problems come from her parenting.

I have from my psychiatrist as I have to regularly visit one every two months when I get my prescription renewed.

There are both good and bad psychiatrists. The good ones will tell you that there are still a lot of unknowns when it comes to severe psychiatric disorders as they stem from innate brain biology and there is a lot that is not fully understood.

I have also had bad psychiatrists who were in a hurry to just shove a prescription slip in my hand and then usher me out the door.

I like the one I currently have but you might have to do some looking around to find a mental health professional who actually knows what they are doing as a lot of them are quacks.

Never talked to them about my inceldom though. I don't talk about it with anyone
Still got diagnosed with depression.

I recommend you going to psychiatrist bc he can write you antidepressants to cope
