Yeah nofap is bullshit, sometimes I don't fap for a week or so because I'm too lazy and it doesn't change shit. Muh testosterone raise, if it even happens it's minimal and quickly goes back to your normal levels as far as I know. But people will say it works because of placebo. I could see it do something only if you maybe fap 10 times a day everyday to some extreme porn.
