Firstly, I hope your around longer than 12 months from 1 sufferer to another. I'm in the same boat, I suffer with clinical depression and anxiety which has made my life hell more than anything else. There's always hope for change, as long as we're in relative health there's hope for self improvement.

I wish I could travel as well but I'm also scared of going alone.
