It feels like the only thing you can’t fix without surgery. I have no money for surgery and I’m scared of the risks that come with it, I literally have the worst eye area on this forum
You can wear chad mask, then you can become a RAPPER and won’t get LOCKED UP ( in video game ) 
there is a surgery for eye area actually ,during my brief time over at looksmaxx, I kept hearing a mention of a certain Dr.Taban who is apparently very famous on there for his eye area surgeries. He has an instagram you can check out too for before and after pics.Just google Dr. Taban and you'll see it.

Can’t get surgery, don’t wanna risk going blind
yeah there is always gonna be a risk to these things but the best thing you could do to minimize problems is see a surgeon who's the best in his field.Of course that takes alot of money.Due to the explosive rise to fame Dr.taban went through, his eye surgeries jumped from 12k to 24k .
Gym is the answer imo. Higher t levels and a healthy fat/muscle ratio will improve the way your face looks, I guarantee!

Yeah, you can actually change your canthal tilt through surgery, however as far as I know, surgeries on the eye area are more difficult, more expensive and have longer recovery times.
