It's not all sunshine and rainbows. My memory and lack of attention (probably developed ADHD) was a serious concern. No high IQ if you shit memory. If you have a good enough memory you'll be fine

my old school forced every student to do one, i remember scoring low on it whilst scoring high in english, french and math(this was back when i used to try in life) i fucking hated it, some random bullshit questions decided my jews in the middle of fuck where no where europe. Wait, why is this a bad thing? If I was running a business, I would absolutely do an IQ test.
In fact, the lack of IQ testing in hiring is why you need a college degree to do white-collar jobs that an average teenager could do.

If I went to a job interview and they performed psychometric tests without telling me beforehand, it would probably be a stressful experience and would give me a bit of a shock. It would be similar to if I went into school and was given an unexpected test. Typical job interviews aren't so rigorous and don't force you to confront immutable limitations like IQ, they often just ask you to answer some career related questions in a more casual manner.

It would be good if more employers would just sort applicants with raw intelligence test and forget about all the work-history requirements, outgoing personality requirement, degree-requirements. just give people work they deserve based on their intelligence!
