Its really hard man. Looks are really everything. Being neurotypical too.

How am i still alive? Knowing no one have cared, cares or will care about me?

Everything in this life is about self interest. People will ONLY pretend to relate and care deeply about you if either they grew up with you or you represent something they couldnt get on their own.
