Just by seriously considering approaching you already put more effort than half of this forum, kek. But be careful, it's not the early 00s PUA days anymore.

Also, approaching during the day without an event going on has basically a 0 chance of success.

This. Some of the funniest stories I've had from the times I approached girls were from when I was starting out and was extremely nervous. I had some excruciatingly awkward approaches and now I look back on them and laugh.
