I actually want to leave the internet forever but I literally don’t have anything else to do

We’re apart of the internet and the internet is apart of us, can we escape it? Even if I leave what am I going to do? Go outside and get chased around by crackheads?

Hell I don’t play online games so am probably going to get Xbox live so I can play BF1 multiplayer and even if my connection isn’t shit I’ll probably still get bored after a few weeks.

Videos games are boring to me, doom scrolling brings 1000000x more dopamine unfortunately

I think I’ve been zombified, it might seem like a romantic struggle when you’re young and youthful because you still have the time and energy to break free form it and start to live a real life. but what happens if you fail and you can’t?

I imagine myself in a decade and I actually feel legitimate terror, I already feel legitimate pain when I see people younger then me that are life mogging me.

I don't think it's possible for me to leave the internet forever. Ever since I hit puberty, I've pretty much lived my life here because I couldn't fit in anywhere and I found refuge in Youtube and other social media, video games and later on forums. I couldn't imagine my life without the internet and I have no idea what would I do without it, it's my no. 1 cope.

Unfortunately in this time and age we live in... a lot of your social / work presence is here on the interwebs and if you're attempting to make it in the world (financially / marital), the interweb is where you'll find it / achieve those goals. As much as I'd love to live in a time where everyone HAD to talk to each other / actual physical contact, we have to also be realistic... most people are online, whether that be their phones or computers, etc. No one physically wants to talk to each other anymore and finding a job, that too is all online-based. Now, ironically enough, it's considered "weird" to cold approach or try to chat it up with people irl, nobody wants to do it anymore, because they mentally cannot do it. Interweb is unfortunately with us until we die... technology is our noose at the end of the day. We fuck'd ourselves over a long time ago.
