Serious i think im having an allergic reaction

i’m allergic to tree nuts, but i was eating peanuts (i always do). now the back of my mouth has this weird feeling and i feel kind of sick.

i haven’t had an allergic reaction in a couple of years, so im really scared. it is said that every reaction gets worse and worse but idk. whenever i react my face swells and my throat closes.
