Theory I think I know why time online broke back in early 2023

The time online plugin that this forum was using hasn't been tweaked or even touched at all since February of 2021. Despite being 2 years with no updates at the time in March 2023, still, XenForo had released multiple versions since then, causing the plugin to possibly break.

Or maybe everyone rotted too much to the point time online couldn’t track it anymore and blew up

perhaps an update could’ve increased it’s “capacity” but eventually it would break

The most upvoted suggestion on the site is to bring back time online.

I wonder if a user here could just set up a scraper that checks for which users are online every x minutes and use that information to increment a Google Sheets page displaying each user's time online.

Obviously this wouldn't work for users with privacy settings set to hide when they are online, but it would be a decent substitute.

Users changing usernames could also cause issues, but name changes occur infrequently enough to where the data could just be manually amended when required.
