From what I've seen there's if anything an inverse correlation between a guy's career advancement and his relationship status. Of the guys I used to know from school, among the ones who have a woman there is: a taco bell wagie, grocery store wagie, a barber and two unemployed stoners. Then there are 3 others, 4 including myself, who all went to uni for STEM and all but one have a job in their field. They're all incel. Then my brother is fucking 33 and can't hold down a job, yet he is married with kids. The same story with all my other male relatives, they have shit careers yet have girlfriends. Except my other brother who's a firefighter and a manlet, he doesn't have one.

The real distinction is that all the guys who have girlfriends/wives are some combination of good looking and tall, other than the guy who works at a grocery store who is short and ugly but giga NT so he lucked out. Does anyone notice this or is it just like this in my bumfuck boomer town?

Unless you live in some turd world country you should be able to pay for basic stuff like food and clothing with a part-time job. If you can't live with parents paying rent might be hard, but you can always move somewhere that has lower costs. There are even full-time jobs like being a security guard that pay well enough and any lazy dumbfuck can do it.

In America medical bills can bankrupt even well-off people. It's best to avoid going to the hospital and if you have to just don't pay the bill. If you have chronic illness that requires medication that can be a huge expense (I know I have asthma) then you really should be leaching off of your parents, they deserve it for giving you such subhuman genes.

And there are less stressful jobs that can be had with a bit more preparation. It's the other side of the inflation coin, that there's more job openings than ever. In fact the upward wage pressure is one of the things driving inflation.

It is but I think the age of comfy IT jobs is coming to an end. At my job management is putting on a ton of pressure to get x amount of new code submitted each day on top of looking out for bugs. The FAGMAN companies are doing huge layoffs right now and almost every company is at least doing a hiring freeze. Even my uncle who was a senior ML engineer at Amazon got laid off. That's why I say those who aren't already in should take it easy and work low-effort jobs while this shitshow unfolds.

It is interesting, there are men I know that are married and not chads, and have zero career aspects, education, or assets.
