Quite frankly, I’m not sure that it does. It might very well help you grow to be as tall as your genetics will allow but at the end of the day genetics are genetics. There is pretty much nothing we can do if the plates in our bones are already closed due to the genetic mix from our parents.

I stunted my growth as well, possibly some facial bone growth too. I have some regrets, but I still would have been a subhuman anyway
