It's Over I stunted my height

H
playing sports is a way to boost your natural height as a kid. Many manlets grow taller because of it. I know some examples.
How donu know they were gonna be manlets without it

You wouldn't have, you would've always been 5'5

I also have a story about my stunted height.

First of all my height genes are bad, my dad is 5'5, mom is 5'1, grandfather from both sides are also short. My height growth was pretty consistent till 6th standard, I was one of the tallest guys in the class. Even with bad genes I could have grown to at least 5'9 with that pace. But then started my masturbation addiction. I started at 11 and did it a lot initially, the bad effects started showing in some time. I was always sneezing, coughing, had bad digestion, constipation, and almost got tuberculosis. I got visibly skinny. Now think how can one grow to his full genetic potential when he's always in bad health. The base of my growth was ruined. My adam's apple started showing around 12 which is a sign of early maturing and it is a believe that one shows little to no growth after it. I was around 5'3 at that time. Then came the covid lockdown so there was no physical activity for the whole year. After opening of lockdown when I went to school I realized I was already a manlet. I grew to 5'5 by the time I turned 14 and never grew more. I kept hoping somehow I would grow till I was 17 but then realised nothing's gonna happen and I will have to live this life as a manlet.

Basically I attribute my short height to too much masturbation since a young age. I regret why was I so unfortunate to start so young when most guys started at 13-14 but then again it's my fate. It's also a general believe that kids who do it end up physically stunted.

This is what Greek philospher Aristotle had to say about it:
The connection between food and physical growth, on the one hand, and semen, on the other, allows Aristotle to warn against "engag[ing] in sexual activity at too early an age ... [since] this will affect the growth of their bodies. Nourishment that would otherwise make the body grow is diverted to the production of semen. Aristotle is saying that at this stage the body is still growing; it is best for sexual activity to begin when its growth is 'no longer abundant', for when the body is more or less at full height, the transformation of nourishment into semen does not drain the body of needed material."
