I have zero social life. I just browse internet all day that too I am fucking bored of now. I have no motivation. My sleep schedule is fucked, I stay awake all night watching porn and sleep like 9am in the morning. Its just so fucked up this loneliness is unbearable.

My sleep schedule is fucked as well, I keep waking up at 8 a.m. in the morning after sleeping in at 2 a.m. , I can't oversleep myself either because that's how fucked up my circadian rhythm is

I once fell into a cycle like that. I was unemployed with nothing to do. Living with parents and had fucked up sleep schedule. I was super depressed and just stayed in my room all the time. The thought of getting up and going out to work or anywhere just amazed me. I think this is called agoraphobia. Obviously nobody noticed or cared but eventually i pulled myself out of it. But it was a dark place.

9 am isnt that bad. i had times falling aleep in 2 pm, 7pm all that.

same here. it's like i want friends or something but i know they'll just leave me feeling overwhelmed and plus like fuck i know where to make "friends" ffs at 28 people have families, lives, etc and i still feel like i'm 16 years old in my room, alone.
