Im on vacations and I rot all day, I have no hobbies besides gaming.
I remember past vacations I always wanted to learn how to draw or how to play the guitar but I never did neither of them and instead I just rotted like Im doing right now. If I had learnt instead of rotting I would be at a really good level now and could be coping by drawing or playing guitar.
The worst part is that Im gonna say the same next year, maybe I should learn now tbh but Im a lazy faggot

We failed as humans the day we were born. LDAR is the only way to cope. Learning new things will give you a false hope of ascending. I once noticed that my graphic designer friend had foids drolling over him. So I learned Abode Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro and a little bit of After Effects. And needless to say I did not ascend. No foid ever appreciated my work or fucked me like they fucked my friend. FUCK THIS CUCKED LIFE.

I play guitar. The basics aren't too bad to pick up, the standard tablature and chords. From there, it really depends on where you want to go and what you're playing (I play fingerstyle acoustic myself). There are lots of resources online, at least.

There's nothing stopping you from learning now, in reality the only reason why people enjoy playing guitar is because they want to get validation from other people when they get skilled enough, if you are an incel (read: ugly) that won't happen unless you reach the level of a professional musician, in which case you basically have to dedicate a fuck ton of your time and effort to practicing

These are common symptoms of dopamine over-stimulation. Which can be caused by chronic use of: pornography, masturbation, sugar or calorie-dense/flavourful foods, Internet use (especially social media), video games, drugs etc. Really anything that has a dopamine response in the brain. Pretty much, I gymcelled, went to clubs, trained mma etc. in my late teens early 20s, by my mid 20s I realized how useless it all was.

I was never going to be chad, or some uber talented pro at anything, I should've stem maxxed or oil rig maxxed to fund a drug and whore habit.
