Serious i really want to break my chin to the point of being disfigured

like i said in another thread i really want to disfigure myself so they will reconstruct my face since in my country facial disfigurement surgery are free even if self made and there might be a chance that i will end up looking better and since my chin is one of my biggest issue why not destroy it so they will need to reconstruct it and potentially correct my chin after
