Literally all my motivation comes from anger. At the gym before I do a heavy set, I look around at all the cute girls and remind myself that is not what I ever get. Only for Chad. Even motivation for continued hope for one day ascending comes from anger. For example when I need to lose weight and go on a fasting protocol I get angry and tell myself I’m a fat pig that will never ascend and I need to continue the fast as planned.
