I pissed the bed last night

The first time in over 20 years. It wasn't a full on piss but there was still enough to create a large yellow patch and my shorts smell of piss.
I don't understand how it happened, I don't remember anything about it.
I think I may have sleep apnea particular in the past 2 weeks when I've been feeling very tired even after 8 hours sleep.
I think I will avoid drinking anything 2 hours before bed incase it happens again.
