I don't understand why anyone could be against this policy. I don't partake in it, mostly because I rarely go out to eat, but if I do I tend to go to same few places.

Restaurants almost exclusively hire attractive people, especially women. Attractive Western women are the most privileged group in human history. There is major inequality in this field with women recieving greater tips than male waiters. Waitresses even like to brag and laugh about this, it's disgusting. Tipping is so stupid but again I am from scandinavia so I find tipping waitresses totally ridicules, so we have to tip them just because your country has such a low minimum wage that the average 15yo teenager in Denmark earns more than your adult? And for what "service" !!?? Taking my order and bringing my food. if they need a 15-20% tip for that I can go up myself and say what I want and get the food myself. And I saw someone mentioning that the waiter might refill my drink, if that is the case I can see there are some kind of service, but we don´t have free refills in Denmark at least I have never seen it. I think waitresses needs to be beautiful, like air attendants. So if you don't tip bad looking or maybe you do out of sympathy, making you cheap.
