Oppai Academy I've tried playing but couldn't find an english translation so I had to use textractor to translate it myself.

Have you tried Sugoi translator you can do same thing as those patches but locally on your pc. Pronouns will still be fucked. In few years it should improve significantly i hope.
I completely gave up on pronouns. I am used to the translator saying he.
Also I've heard of it but I was too retarded to set it up so I just gave up. Anything that utilizes DeepL is too complicated.

Actually he uses his own model that imitated DeepL at first but then surpassed it. Sadly i have now AMD gpu so it translates much slower than on Nvidia which sucks.
