I might have a legit Lawsuit, against a Lezbo H.R. Manager who fired me !

Greycel here, second post, reading most of the forum posts, --some smart funny people here.

SITUATION-SHIP-----About 7 months ago, I was working at a factory that made aftermarket AUTO PARTS.
This involved using machinery to assemble shit---LOL they didnt trust me to WELD anything.

The HR lezbo, who i will call Sue, had Green and blue hair, and literally demanded our "team"
refer to her pronouns as THEY. I have no fucking idea what THEY means, but i refused. Actually,
I simply just called her SUE all the time, thereby avoiding any conflict.

Anyways, on the day i was fired, she asked me "WHAT NEW TEAM DO YOU WANNA BE ON"?

I responded, "Im not on a team. Im employed by this for-profit corporation". She wrinkled
her beaver eating face up, and said "WE ALL must refer to what team we're on here". "Thats
how you identify".

I responded in a smart-ass voice "a team is where everyone is valued equally, usually in
a group, thats not for profit".

Right now im talking to a shitty lawyer just out of law school about a lawsuit, because
i was fired on the spot and escorted out by security (wasnt allowed to clean out my
locker, )

Wtf? How is it allowed for them to withhold YOUR stuff that is still in the locker which was assigned to you?!

At the very least this is theft, no?

Also, what is the reason for laying you off?
