Venting I mentally don’t have it in me to approach anymore

Now whenever I see a girl that I want to approach I physically start getting sad because I know, no WAY IN HELL, that I’ll be able to have a chance.

how do I get over this? I don’t want to feel this way everytime I see a girl it’s not healthy
