I spent many years praying to God for a wife/girlfriend but it never happened. For many years I prayed to God to help me find a nice woman for myself but God didn't answer those prayers. I then became a middle aged man and I realised that I was now too old and took creepy to find a wife/girlfriend so I made vows to God that I would never get married, vows to God that I would never have a girlfriend and and vows to God that I would never be in a relationship with a woman. That was me letting go of false hope that I could have a wife/girlfriend.

Relatable. But whats the point in wows over something it won't happen anyway. While i was on a walk yesterday pass a Nazarene church, i thought of something. WHat if we are predestined to be Nazarites? Like Samson. To never cut our hair, not drink alcohol and to not have a foid. I like my hair long, alcohol makes me nauseous and gf i cant get anyway.
