My weight was 84 kgs (185 lbs) and now I'm a little above 77 kgs (170 lbs).

I haven't been eating much. I wake up and just LDAR for hours on end until I finally eat something on the afternoon and then in some days I don't even eat anything else. Today a fat uber driver commented on how swift I was due to being lean.

180 was my max(5'6), i try really hard to gain weight and bloat out but my metabolism is so fucking fast. Fast food daily can't touch me. I currently weigh 165

Over the lockdown from march to august I went running everyday after I woke up or at night and got from above 20% body fat to about 14%

My metabolism actually got worse with age, if I were still young, I'd have lost like 20 kgs already. My weight was like 60 kgs as a teen, and I was already the same height as today.

I do that too

but I eat because I am depressed. Food = happiness. But I still try to lose weight.

I weigh 19 stone due to food cope aka binge eating disorder, it isn't technically binging though as I eat all day long.
 
Won't u just lose muscle if u lower those calories without adjusting your macros??
