I have not been posting that much in the last bit because I have been healthmaxxing. I ballooned all the way up to 79kg and I am now 69kg, I now look like a 15 year old.

How I did it:

- One meal a day and that meal is salad with chicken
- run for half an hour each day
- No carbs, fast food, sugary drinks or sugar snacks
- snacks were either fruits or nuts if I ever felt a craving

Fatcels, follow what I did and you will not be fat
 
I AM ALAWAYS 57KG
 
I was on a diet doing just that 2 months ago but quit due to family eating all my food. I lost 80 pounds once with no strict dieting just water and 1200 calories
 
Good motivation. I wanna lose a few pounds too
 
Based. When i try to lose weight, i do eat 500 calories at most, as few carbohydrates, fat and sugar as possible and running everyday for half a hour and a drink water

Great regiment man. Thanks for posting this. I'm on a similar one meal a day routine and I'm at 69 kg as well.
