I look good from the back but my front view looks like a bloated skinny fat framecel who doesnt even lift. WHY ?!!? what lifts do i need to do to fix this
 
People usually have a low bodyfat percentage at their back

Build muscle mass as lean as possible and then cut slowly

I am lost for words. A strong stable core is important for all sports, there are tons of bodyweight plank variations that you can do. to stimulate core muscles. Still he suggests weighted planks...

Nothing in this program suggests calf growth, that is probably the reason your calf is not growing. In order to grow calves you need to stimulate them a lot with eccentric contraction. Knee bent calf raise and calf raise is the way to go for exercising gastrocnemius, tibialis posterior and soleus muscles. Also try to walk on the balls of your feet and try skipping.
