No but western rapes aren't rapes, that's just "I was drunk so I couldn't consent ""rape.""" What happens in India is violent rapes (it happens in Pakistan too, but on a lesser scale but it does involve boys like you said).

They wouldnt be violent if the men were chads. Curryfoids cant stand their own men, so some of the men resort to rape in order to satisfy their basic needs since they cant afford escorts.
