Venting I just want to sleep but can't even do that

I've been trying to sleep but I keep constantly waking up because of something.

First it was some faggot driving past my home while making as much noise as possible, after that my dog started barking and woke me up, and now my mother has woke me up three fucking times because she keeps barging into my room and saying "Are you still sleeping???? You can't just sleep during the day and stay up at night!!"

I've only been able to sleep 4 hours because of this.

I know the feeling. It's very easy for me to fall asleep but i always wake up in the middle of the night due to anxiety. It sucks alot, worst feeling ever.
