I just got back from an outing where I first walked down a road that adds a mile or so to get to my usual destination making that part be about 4 miles walked; then, I bought an 8 pack of 20 oz Gatorades and 2 10.6 oz boxes at my local grocery store, sat down to eat at the nearby Mexican restaurant, filled up on food and topped off my half gallon jug of water, and attempted to carry the combined extra weight of 15 lbs and 5 oz back home 3 miles away, but ended up having my dad pick me up on a bridge that's about at the halfway point of my walk. I'm currently trying to tell myself "Hey, carrying 15 lbs a mile and half ain't too bad..."
 
How are you struggling to walk a relatively short distance with a light weight like that ? Are you fatcel
Where do you live where 3 miles is a short distance for walking to you?
 
The explosive diarreah from the spick food will also help weight loss.

How are you carrying it? If was in a rucksack that wouldn't be to bad. If it's in plastic carrier bags, then that would be a pain in the cunt to carry it all that distance up the road.

The shape of one of the bags was more like a grocery bag except it was made out of yarn. My mom gave it to me so I could have a bag that had handles that wouldn't just break so easily. The other bag was a regular plastic bag. After that trip, I kept telling myself "I think I should bring a backpack next time so I can more evenly distribute the weight between my shoulders." Instead, I had 10 pounds of Gatorade drooped over my right shoulder and a bag containing 2 boxes of cereal, 2 bags of Skittles, and my water jug on my left arm.
