i used to stand like im a plank of wood when i was in highschool, my dumbass thought that i could grow my height like that but im still short. i just look down with my neck at my phone most of the time, and its gotten worse now that i have a laptop, my back is starting to hurt at 23 and the back of my neck has a slight bump because spin is fucked. i do think i have gotten a tiny bit shorter because of it too, like it might have shaven 1or .5 inches from my height.

I used to have attained good posture when I was in shape. My bad posture returned after not doing the daily exercises I did.
