The last I saw that in games was with Conkers Bad Fur Days multiplayer.

Well and Gears of War.

It seemed to me devs were too lazy or frightened of media or societal (parental) backlash to include it in most games where it’d be natural ie 3rd and 1st person shooters but anyway good stuff.
