After coming back from the gym I decided I needed some protein, I really don't care for plain cooked eggs so I ate one raw eggo, tried to eat another but gagged it out into the sink, but then had a third and managed to swallow that one.

Some of those dishes look so delicious. So many ways to make eggs it's pretty cool. Culinary arts is a pretty good cope for foodcels.

granted it wasn't the most pleasant experience but the gains will hopefully come out later, I also need to boost calories somehow, peanut butter is pretty decent
