I’m in my 20s now and I’m still the same height I was as a teenager meanwhile my brother is younger than me and is 6’3. All my life I’ve been unlucky but I always brush it off but this is the most painful one. I check my height routinely hoping that I’ve grown but nothing has changed I’m still 5’7

Neither, I would constantly think that the next coming year my growth spurt was coming.... that hope faded each year

Yeah, honestly I attribute my stunted growth to stress. I was constantly under stress when I was a kid and teenager due to the abuse I’d face at home and then extreme bullying at school. I was sleeping 4-5 hrs a night for years

I think most guys stop growing at 16-17, I stopped around that time too.

I haven't grown taller since I was 17. I am 5'9" manlet atleast need to be 5'10 5'11" to be normal as a male even here in curryland

I was too retarted and didn’t realize that height was important until it was too late. If I knew about the heightpill when I was younger I would’ve blasted growth hormones
