What the hell exactly IS the sub8 law? I think a huge part of why there are big disagreements is that different people here have different notions of the sub8 law.

When I see "sub8 law" what I see is the idea that women reject you at first glance if you're sub8. If you're 7 or 6, or maybe even 5 (bit of a stretch), she might "settle" and get involved with you, if her options are extremely limited, but she's always on constant lookout from day one to monkey branch. She's always going to be looking for your upgrade replacement or that hot one-night stand with the chaddest guy she can land and feel "empowered" for both being a desirable woman who landed a chad (not realizing that she was a conveniently there as chad's cum dumpster) and also feel empowered by having that secret over her boyfriend with the ability of leaving him at any time and not feel like she's losing out.

If you're 8-10, all that means is that you've temporarily quenched her hypergamous thirst and that she won't immediately think of monkey branching. The more of a chad you are, the less likely she's going to think of monkey branching soon. If it gets to the point where you have money and status, then she actually becomes afraid of losing you the same way that blue pilled betas afflicted with oneitis doesn't want to lose her. The reason is because they think they can't do better.

Sounds like you're deliberately strawmanning every sub-8 denier. Nobody is saying that normies can get laid outside of relationships and nobody is saying they don't struggle in relationships both in getting one, maintaining one, and not getting cheated it on.

Tbh I've seen people say chasing love and relationships do not matter only sex especially a lot of escortcels. I think @Personalityinkwell even said something along the lines.

If that's the case that's hard to argue against especially if they're able to form a new relationship relatively quickly after the old one ended and not have a massive dry streak of like 6+ months.

Reality is they get laid more than any escortcel unless he is mega rich and in my view it is less cucked. They also experience feelings of validation and companionship at least while in the relationship.
